It all started with one cup.
We operate one bubble tea shop by Kita-Senju Station East Exit, under a franchise agreement. For us the shop is a business and also a test bench — the first place we try any process, any system.
About the shop
Brew time for the leaves. How the tapioca comes off the heat. How much ice. How many seconds to hand over a cup at peak. Holding to a brand standard every single day turned out not to mean simply following instructions. The weather changes the footfall, and misread your prep and you throw stock away.
Those days are where our other businesses began. What runs out and how fast. Which task quietly eats the hours. What happens on the floor when a delivery slips by one day. None of it was visible until we stood behind the counter ourselves.
